The surfaces must be smooth, dry and clean.

If you have just painted the wall or furniture let it dry for at least 4 weeks (or longer, if recommended by the paint manufacturer).

In case the wall or piece of furniture shows areas where the plaster or paint is peeling off do not apply the product, because the seal is not guaranteed.
